Do you value the approval of others or God’s approval? What if you gained God’s approval and lost the approval of others? Nicodemus came to Jesus at night because he was afraid of what his fellow Jewish leaders would think. After the crucifixion, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea came out publicly for Him. Our flesh will keep us silent because our flesh wants to be liked. To be faithful, you have to be willing to be disliked.
