“On that day” is referred to 94 times in the books between Isaiah and Malachai. It refers to the day that all of creation will be restored and run by its creator, the last Adam, Jesus Christ. In Judges 4, Deborah is a picture of Israel. Barak is a picture of Christ. Sisera is a picture of the antichrist. Jael is a picture of the bride, the Church (See Judges 5:26!).
