02/04/2026WED Seven Mysteries

The word for “mystery” is not found in the Old Testament, only in the New. That’s because God’s supernatural plan for redemption was not fully revealed until after Calvary. A mystery is that which is beyond comprehension until explained. Here is where these mysteries were explained.

  1. The mystery of the Incarnation (1 Tim. 3:16).
  2. The mystery of the Indwelling Christ (Col. 1:25-27).
  3. The mystery of the Body of Christ (Eph. 5:32-33, 3:1–5).
  4. The mystery of the Rapture (1 Cor. 15:51).
  5. The mystery of the Blindness of Israel (Rom. 11:25-27).
  6. The mystery of Iniquity (2 Thess. 2:6-9).
  7. Justification by Faith (Romans 16:25,26, Ephesians 6:19 Acts 13)
