God had to let Moses fail before he could use him. Moses spent 40 years without wealth, possessions or the prominence he once had in Egypt. He also lacked faith when he asked God, “Who am I?” God’s answer said it all, “I AM.” He wanted Moses to focus on God so the Egyptians and the Hebrews would focus on the only true God. God used Moses and his rod as tools of deliverance. What do you have that God can use?
