We are exhorted to pray in the Spirit even while we are ‘robed’ in flesh. While we make our desires known to the Lord, the best prayer is when God changes what we want, to what He wants. Praying in the Holy Gohost is praying for what God wants and trusting Him to do it. His plans are always better.
