Jesus asks questions to make people come to a conclusion because it’s always more powerful when you arrive at your own conclusion rather than someone else telling you. People who live next to train tracks report a common occurance. In a matter of weeks, they stop noticing the train when it lumber through. If we are not careful, our spiritual experiences with Jesus can be like a train. He asks us, “having eyes… having ears… do ye not remember? Something can be very real to us but still not realized. Remember to reflect on how good God has been.
