A father chastening his children is proof of a father’s love. Today, anything profitable for children, the world is against. And if it harms children, the world seems to be for it. Jephthah, had a rough start in life but when Israel needed a might man, they turned to Jephthah. Your past does not dictate your future. The child of a prostitute or drug addict can receive the same salvation as anyone. God took care of the past when He saved you. Put it behind and serve God. It doesn’t matter where you start, only where you finish.
