In every Chapter of the gospel of John there are demonstrations of belief and unbelief among individuals or crowds. Each progress in opposite directions; the doubters doubt more and the believers believe more. The blind man received physical sight but also spiritual sight. He progressed from thinking Jesus was a prophet to proclaiming, “Lord I believe,” and worshipped Him.
