09/14/2025PM He Always Does What’s Best

Mary and Martha both focused on Jesus coming too late, that if He’d been there sooner, Lazarus, would not have died. At times of tragedy it’s easy to notice how the unrighteous prosper and good people suffer (Psalm 73). But God’s love for us is the cross. His will for us is not physical blessing in this world (though he does bless us!), His will is to rescue us out of this world. Heartaches come before the miracle in order to show the world the glory of God. Don’t ever doubt in the dark what God has said in the light. When you’re going through it is when the devil makes his moves. Try to step back and see your situation from God’s perspective. And know, In tragedy, that God loves you and always does what is best for you.
