Starting each day with a thankful mindset helps, as does getting your mind off yourself\u2014what about others? Do I spend time thinking about now, the news of the day, this life; or about eternity? And thinking about the past can rob you of joy now, put the past behind you. Contentment, learning to have a contented mind, being satisfied with what God has given, instills joy that we have enough. Ultimately, we need a <em>can-do<\/em> mindset about what we face, that God can do what is best and He will.
